A: This happens when menu items are not properly arranged on the EMenu. See below example. 


        

      

       On Order Slip, same categories are not together.


       

      Same as on the Receipt print out.

              

       


Solution to this is to arrange the menu item and all same category must be together. And you may also arrange such that which category will be the first.


Arrange the Category in sequence which is the first to be printed out on order slip.

   - Go to Setting>EMenu>Open an item menu and scroll down to Category. Tap category area, list of existing category will be shown and from there you can arrange sequence of categories. See photo below. After you are done, tap save and exit.


     

 

Arrange the menu item according to the sequence of the category also. Like all the "Appetizers" must be together and must be on the first on the list.
