Setting - Ordering Printer.
(Note: All order that is Cancelled after Confirmation or Billing will be recorded in status
Cancelled in daily Sales Report and FoodZaps portal, login.foodzaps.com)
To cancel an order, follow the steps given below.
1. Navigate to Order Station.
The Order Station page will be displayed.
2. Tap the table for which you wish to have the order cancelled.
The Select Order to Proceed dialog will be displayed.
3. Tap on an existing order to view details.
The selected order will be displayed in detail with payment summary.
4. To Cancel individual item, tap on the item, you wish to cancel.
The options dialog will be displayed.
5. To cancel multiple items, Tap More > Cancel Order.
6. Tap Cancel Order.
The Cancel Order page will be displayed.
7. Tap on the order(s) you wish to can cancel. Or choose Select All / Unselect All for multiple
8. Tap Done.
The selected order(s) will be cancelled.
