A: When you cannot edit your menu on the web portal and it shows below message, this means that your menu on your control device has the newer version than the menu on your web portal.
- You can check the current version of your menu as per below screen shot
- You can verify also the version of your menu on your control device by going to Setting>This Device>My Menu
- To remove the read-only your menu on the web portal (to enable editing of menu), go to your controller and go to Setting>EMenu>EMenu Cloud Sync
- To enable editing on your EMenu at the control station, once you tap an item on the EMenu, tap 'Unlock when a popup message will appear.
