We do recommend that you perform a manual backup before you delete the data from the 

device or before a Master Reset. By doing Manual Backup, all data in the device including 

settings in menu, inventory, printer, payment configure and existing orders with local stored 

transactions will be copied to a .zip file for a future full restore. 


To backup data, follow the steps given below 


1. On FoodZaps home page, tap on operation Status iconon the bottom left corner of the 

    screen. 


OR 


Open FoodZapsSetting -> This Device.



2. Tap More > Backup Data. 

3. Select location to save the backup file in the file directory. 



4. Tap Export Now. 


Your backup data will be saved in the selected location in .zip format. The selected data will be 

exported.
