Note: In resetting process, the complete data related to menu, inventory and all transactions will
be removed. Please perform a full Local Backup before you proceed with FoodZaps Factory
Reset, for procedures on Local Backup. For more information, refer to the section, Manual
Backup of Data.
This Section includes to procedure of FoodZaps Master Reset and FoodZaps System
Recovery from backup file.
(Note: For restoring data from a Foodzaps .zip backup file, Master Reset must be done to clear
the system before recovery).
This procedure can be used for switching Controller from a device to another.
To reset data, follow the steps given below.
1. On FoodZaps home page, tap on operation Status iconon the bottom left corner of the screen.
OR
Open FoodZaps Setting -> This Device.
This Device page will be displayed.
2. Tap More > Reset\Restore Data.
The message box asking you to confirm the resetting of data will be displayed.
Note: Please perform Step 3. Backup Now before Step 4. Yes for Master Reset.
3. If you tap Backup Now, the screen to export the data will be displayed and you can export the
data.
4. If you tap Yes, the complete data related to menu, inventory and all transactions will be
removed.
