For pending orders that are yet to be sent for backup, the app shows the specific number as
Pending.
Note: This is shown only when the orders are pending for backup.
To manage pending backups, follow the steps given below.
1. Open FoodZaps.
2. Look for any pending orders at the bottom right section of the app. If the orders are pending,
you can view the number of orders pending for backup.
3. Tap the icon.
The Plan & Billing page will be displayed.
4. Tap Backup to Cloud or Backup Now to backup the pending order details.
The message informing you about the successful backup of orders will be displayed.
5. Tap OK.
