From Setting > Printer/Device > Ordering Printer, you can create, update and delete ordering
printer.
To configure order printer, follow the steps given below.
1. Navigate to Setting.
The Setting page will be displayed.
2. In the Printer/Device section, tap () Ordering Printer.
The Ordering Printer page will be displayed.
3. Send the Waiting for Confirmation Order to Order Printer
Yes: Print saved order in Cart in Progress Station before Confirm order
NO: DOES NOT Print saved order in Cart in Progress Station before Confirm order
4. Send the Cancel Order to Order Printer
Yes: Print Cancelled Order to Order Printer
NO: DOES NOT Print Cancelled Order to Order Printer
5. Print Barcode on Order Slip (only for Printer’s Mode = Individual Order Slip
YES: Print Barcode for each ordered item
NO: DOES NOT Print Barcode for each ordered item
6. Print Table No/ Pax at the Footer of the Order Slip
YES: Print Table No/ Pax at the Bottom of the Order Slip
NO: DOES NOT Print Table No/ Pax at the Bottom of the Order Slip
7. Print on Top of Order Slip Header
Enter text / space to be printer on top of Order Slip
E.g. Leave a number of empty lines for ease of Order Slip placement on rolling stick bar.

8. In the Order Printer 1 section, enter the name of the location in the Location text entry box.
(Note 1: Location referring to “Prepare Station” under Setting->Menu->individual item)
(Note 2: Select “Common” to print all ordered items within one slip)
9. Select the printer brand from the Brand drop down list.
10. If your printer is already connected to the same network as your device, tap on Search ()
to select connection type in the Connection field.
Note: Printer and Device must connect in the same network for them to work seamlessly.
11. Printer Setup dialog box will appeared, enter the last digit of your printer IP Address if it’s
known.
12. Alternatively, Tap on Scan to search for the IP Address of the available Printer within your
network
13. Once an IP Address is scanned or entered. Identify the Dot/Char per line for your Printer
Setting.
14. If you do not know the connected printer’s Dot/Char printing capability per line. Tap on Test
for printing capability test.
Printing test will begin and the following testing slips will be produced:
Two types of printing method are commonly supported by printer (Depending on your printer
model):
- Text Print: Prints text in Text mode, and DOES NOT support logo / multi-language
printing (Default language is English)
- Graph Print: Prints text in Graphic mode, supports logo printing and multi-
language(s) printing

E. Auto Cut Testing
Refer your printed testing slip to view if printer supports auto cut (printing slip will being
cut if this is supported by printer)

F. Test Open Drawer
If Cashier Drawer is connected to printer, printer opens during testing
G. Test Beeper
If Beeper is connected to printer, beeper should be alerted
H. Testing of Dot/Char per Line
Enter “49” in Dot/Char per line in this case
15. Select the mode of the ordering printer from the Mode drop down list. The available options are:
Multiple Orders in One Slip: Print Item by item category, all items belong to the same
category will be printed within the same order slip
Individual Order Slip: Print Ordered Item individually in individual slip
16. Once the scanning is complete, enter the number of copy that can be printed at a time in the
No of Copy text entry box.
17. Specify whether or not to print combined quantity for same item by checking or un-checking
the box in the Print Combined Quantity for Same Item field.
18. Specify whether or not to notify by beep by checking or un-checking the box in the Notify by
Beep field.
19. In the same way configure Order Printer 2 section if necessary.
20. Tap Save & Exit.
The changes made to the order printer settings will be configured.
