To update your device to your new subscription follow the simple steps below. Make sure you are connected to internet.


1.0 For plan has expired


1.1 Log-on to an admin user and go to Setting>Plan & Billing or alternatively tap the lower right corner (with a message "Plan has expired")




1.2 If your plan has expired, a pop up message shows that your plan has expired, select the "Refresh" button




2.0 For plan that has not expired but upgraded the plan


2.1 Log-on to an admin user and go to Setting>Plan & Billing or alternatively tap the lower right corner




2.2 On the dropdown menu, select the "Refresh Plan"




3.0 To check your plan if updated


- Scroll down the same page (Plan & Billing), must show the type of plan and the expiration date.
