Previously, some printers could not support Chinese characters when it comes to text printing.

As a result, Chinese characters would turn into dots when printed.

The dots are supposed to be Chinese characters

If your printer is having this issue,

1. Go to your printer settings

We will be configuring the Ordering Printer in this example
2. Under Advance, enter "encoding:GB18030"

3. Tap on Save & Exit

4. Your printer can now support Chinese characters when using text printing
