Previously, some printers could not support Chinese characters when it comes to text printing.
As a result, Chinese characters would turn into dots when printed.
The dots are supposed to be Chinese characters
If your printer is having this issue,
1. Go to your printer settings![]() We will be configuring the Ordering Printer in this example | 2. Under Advance, enter "encoding:GB18030"![]() | 3. Tap on Save & Exit![]() |
4. Your printer can now support Chinese characters when using text printing![]() |
