A: "Delete Transaction" only removes all transactions and orders from the controller and erase the daily report on device while keeping the pre-set settings (EMenu, Order configure, Payment type, etc.
While "Factory Reset" normally took place when you are switching devices for controller where you intend to switch MultiDevice Setup for the devices and erase historical transactions.
Before you proceed to any of the mentioned feature, we recommend a manual backup to avoid the lost of data.
Follow the steps for "Delete All Data":
- Navigate to Setting -> This Device
- Select "Delete Transaction" in the dropdown list
- Click "Yes" to proceed
- Wait for FoodZaps to restart and your transactions will be successfully erased from the device !
Follow the steps for "Factory Reset":
- Navigate to Setting -> This Device
- Select "Reset\Restore Data" in the dropdown list
- Click "Yes" to proceed
- Select "I'M AN EXISTING USER' then subsequently select type of mode to be setup on your device.
