Only the user with the assigned rights can make updates using “re-open” feature to the receipt, or to perform an refund. All updates will be reflected in your cloud report.
For example, if there’s a mis-calculation of the receipt and it is only being noticed after the payment had been made and keyed in to the system. Only the user with the assigned rights can perform “re-open” of the receipt. And once the receipt has been corrected, the payment will be log into your sales report accordingly while the system will shows you that this receipt has been re-open for a previous receipt and also with the details of the previous receipt.
